Lowering into the water symbolizes dying to your old life without God. You are then raised to a new life living like Jesus. Although different church traditions practice baptism in different ways, baptism has been practiced since the time of Jesus

ServeGR 2024

Serve GR is a local serving opportunity for middle and high school students. Students will have the opportunity to go to different non profit organizations in the area to learn about what they do and who they help in our very own city and get a chance to help that organization. Students will get to experience the dorm life by staying overnight at Calvin University! This trip is a lot of fun, but a lot of work as well, and provides experiences for students to serve our city through word and deed.

8th grade students are invited to come visit a night of High School Lifeline to help prepare them for moving up to 9th grade this coming year. They’ll get a peek at some of the differences of High School Lifeline and will get to have dinner while they’re with us! We hope to see them there.

Short Term Group

This short-term group invites middle school students to dive deeper into a specific topic outside of a Lifeline night! This short-term group will be focused on the Practice of Prayer. Students will be led by Lifeline staff through a 3-week course on the practice of prayer, hear what the Bible says, why we are called to pray, what to pray for, and why God invites us to communicate with him. All campuses will be invited to join and then will be put together with students from their campus.

Snow Camp

Snow Camp is our biggest event! It’s a weekend away at SpringHill Camps in Evart, MI. Small groups have a bunch of time to spend together, lots of camp activities to enjoy, teaching, games, music, and more. Space is limited so be sure to sign up early once registration opens.
